The journey to Miss America begins here!

Young women between the ages of 13 and 24 who live, work or go to school full time in the in the northern panhandle of West Virginia can compete to become Miss Northern West Virginia, Miss Wheeling  or Miss Northern West Virginia’s Outstanding Teen. 

While representing our organization and promoting their platforms at various public appearances throughout the area, our reigning titleholders are also preparing to compete at the state level for Miss West Virginia and Miss West Virginia’s Outstanding Teen. The state winners then go on to represent our state as they prepare for a once- in-a-lifetime experience to compete on the Miss America stage. 

So you see, the journey to Miss America really does begin right here in northern West Virginia!
